2. Choose item and return reason; Upload effective picture and submit.
3. We provide "Pickup Service" for return to KSA APP Users in partial areas; Please focus on the online application page.
4. The return application will be processed within 72 hours; The return details will be sent by Email for "Audited" application.
5. Please upload return tracking number and shipping company within 15 days in "Audited" application for returning item which is not using Pickup Service for return; Otherwise the application will be closed.
6. The refund will be processed to your account after parcel received; And you will be informed by Email.
Cash on Delivey: Refund will be added to your JollyChic account;
Credit Card: Refund will be added back to the same credit card used for the payment within 8 to 15 working days.
1. These categories cannot be returned: Underwear, Swimwear, Leggings, Beauty.
2. Exchange Service is not available. You can place a new order if needed.
3. The refund is only for returned item based on the online "Audited" application.
4. Please keep the returned item unused with original packing includes SKU number, or the refund may be delayed.
5. You are responsible for return shipping fee if the return is caused by yourself; Please choose economical shipping method.
6. We do not accept package returned using Freight Collect.

1. We only accept returned item unopened and saleable; The return&refund must be applied within 15 days after parcel received.
