Jollychic.com guarantee return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. And you can apply return online in 9 days after order is received. Please make sure the returned items are in a saleable condition.


How to return

Log in JollyChic → Apply for Return (In 9 days after parcel is received) → Audited by Agents (In 72 hours) → Return Items → Parcel Received → Refund



1. Log into your Account-Orders; Click "Return" at the right side of order number; 

2. Choose item(s) in the order you want to return and choose the reason; Upload the related pictures and then submit;

3. Jollychic will audit your application in 72 hours; The detailed return information will be sent by Email;

4. Pack item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Attach a paper with your Order No. or Application No. inside the package for later reference;

5. Send it back and then upload Return Tracking No. in return application, which will be very important for processing refund;

6. We will promptly issue a refund to your account in accordance to our Return Note, once we receive your package.


Return Note

a. You can apply for Return& Refund in 9 days after your order is received;

b. We do not accept returned items without applying return online; 

c. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Underwear, Swimwear, Leggings, Beauty; 

d. Items returned must be in unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept items which are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way;

e. You are responsible for return shipping fee if the return is caused by yourself. Please choose economical shipping method;

f. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.
